Welcome to Grade-Ruan C of E
We are a small Church of England School near the sea in South West Cornwall. Our school is at the centre of a thriving coastal community and we greatly value the strong links with the parish. We are proud of our inclusive, broad and balanced curriculum which recognises and celebrates the individuality of each child. We aim to instil Christian beliefs and values as our children set sail on their own life’s journey.
Our school prides itself on its levels of academic achievement as well as an extensive programme of care and support. The Christian ethos of the school permeates all areas of school life and is highly valued by children, parents and staff.

In November, we held a Readathon to help to raise money for children in hospital, which helped us to think about our value of compassion. For two weeks we had a reading target we had to achieve - reading more than we normally would every day. The children and families worked really hard and we raised an amazing £650.85! What an amazing achievement - well done all!
